To schedule an appointment, please call the office at (301) 468-2262 or (240) 386-1110 between the hours of 8:30 a.m. – 5:30 p.m., Monday thru Friday. Voicemails left after 5:30 pm will be returned the next business day.

For emergencies call (301) 468-2262 or (240) 386-1110 and choose option 1 for instructions on how to reach Dr. Israel or the covering physician.

Holiday Schedule

The office is closed on most major holidays including New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, the day after Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve and Christmas Day.

The office also is closed for Rosh Hashanah and Yom Kippur.

The office is open on Martin Luther King, Jr. Day, Presidents Day, Columbus Day and Veterans Day.

The office building is located near the middle of the street that divides Congressional North Shopping Center (Michael’s Arts & Crafts and Bed, Bath and Beyond) from Congressional Shopping Center (The Container Store, Matchbox, The Fresh Market).

Parking is free in the garage adjacent to the building.

Note: There is no direct access from the garage to the building. Patients must go to the Lower Level of the garage and enter the building through the main lobby on Congressional Lane.

Directions

From I-270: Take the Montrose Road East exit. Then turn left on East Jefferson St. Go through two traffic lights and then turn right on Congressional Lane. Then turn left into the parking lot for 121 Congressional Lane.

From the Metro: The closest Metro station to the office is the Twinbrook Station. From the station the office is about a half mile north, just off Rockville Pike.

Rush Hour Warning: This area gets extremely congested during both morning and evening rush hour. We recommend allowing for extra time during these hours.
